About the event
Join us for Fernlea's day respite program on Wednesday's. Our program fosters social connections within the community through weekly activities led by Fernlea Community Care's team. It is open to residents with CHSP funding, HCP, and other aged care packages. The goal of the program is to promote community spirit by offering social support to community members with mild cognitive conditions or life-limiting conditions.
